My nutrition / fitness journey really kicked off in 2021, when I joined a local gym in Adelaide, started calorie counting, and weight training. This sparked a newfound passion for health and fitness. This led to me competing in my first natural bodybuilding competition in 2023, where I won the title of Ms. Fitness South Australia and placed in top four in all of my categories nationally.
