Choose from two levels of support to suit your goals and lifestyle. All customised support plans include an initial consultation (30-45mins). Once the client questionnaire and screening document has been completed, this session will be scheduled to further discuss goals and create a support plan.
The Basic Support Plan is ideal for individuals seeking to enhance their current habits and make gradual, sustainable improvements. This plan is perfect for those who want to focus on weight loss, improving overall health, or reducing health risks without committing to a full meal plan. It’s a great fit for anyone looking to develop healthy habits, track their food intake in a manageable way, or get personalised advice on making better food choices. The plan includes tailored guidance, weekly check-ins, and educational resources to help you build long-term habits for a healthier lifestyle.
Initial Assessment & Goal Setting: Begin with a comprehensive session to assess your current habits, discuss goals, and develop a personalised support plan.
Personalised Nutritional Guidance: Guidance on calorie counting in a nutritious and sustainable way, with relevant tailored support to form healthier eating habits and tips for managing daily calorie intake. Including recommendations for food swaps and healthy substitutions.
Access to Educational Resources: Access tools and resources tailored to your needs (i.e. how to read nutrition labels). As required I will develop resources for you, based on your educational requirements.
Weekly Check-ins: Every week you will be required to provide updated body metrics and check-in photos to show progress. This will be reviewed with any check-in notes, and a recorded review of your check-in will be sent back. This will include a full review of your progress, any feedback and advice. Additionally, if anything needs to be discussed in greater depth or if changes are required, you will be sent a link to schedule in a 15-minute Zoom session and we can adjust your approach as needed.
App Access for Guidance and Tracking: Access to Everfit app to track your progress (body metrics and photo check-ins), stay accountable and communicate with me effortlessly.
General Fitness Advice: Whilst I am not a qualified personal trainer I can provide basic fitness advice aligned with Australian Fitness Guidelines.
